Job Description:
The PMP Certified ERP Implementation Specialist / QA Manager will lead business implementation, quality assurance, and organizational readiness activities for large-scale ERP implementations, with a primary focus on PeopleSoft HCM, Financials, and Payroll modules. This role is responsible for managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business process transformation, change management, cutover planning, and executive project reporting to ensure successful ERP implementation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead business implementation activities for large-scale PeopleSoft ERP projects.
* Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and reporting.
* Develop business test strategies, test plans, and test scripts.
* Track, document, and manage testing defects through resolution.
* Validate business processes and confirm implementation readiness.
* Coordinate ERP implementation activities across business and technical teams.
* Lead business process analysis and process reengineering initiatives.
* Develop and execute organizational change management and communication plans.
* Conduct business readiness assessments for people, processes, and technology.
* Manage cutover planning and implementation activities.
* Prepare executive reports, project dashboards, and leadership briefings.
* Coordinate with business stakeholders, project teams, and executive leadership.
* Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Support enterprise ERP modernization initiatives.
* Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
* Develop user documentation, procedures, and implementation guides.
* Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
* Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement efforts.
* Mentor project teams on QA and implementation best practices.
Required Skills:
* Minimum *7%2Byears* of experience implementing large-scale enterprise software systems.
* Strong experience implementing *PeopleSoft HCM, Financials, and Payroll* modules.
* Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Experience creating:
* Business Test Scripts
* Test Plans
* Test Scenarios
* Test Cases
* Experience managing defect tracking and defect resolution.
* Experience validating business processes during ERP implementations.
* Experience leading business process reengineering initiatives.
* Experience developing change management and communication plans.
* Experience conducting organizational readiness assessments.
* Experience managing ERP cutover planning and execution.
* Experience managing projects and providing executive-level reports and briefings.
* Management, supervisory, or team leadership experience.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Ability to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.

* Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Preferred
* PeopleSoft Certification Preferred
