The Lead Generation & Marketing Coordinator supports both sales and marketing by responding to inquiries, following up with potential customers, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating marketing activities. The primary goal is to ensure every opportunity receives timely and consistent follow-up. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound inquiries and enter new opportunities into the CRM. Qualify leads and assign the appropriate status and priority. Conduct follow-up calls and emails with prospective customers. Send requested marketing materials and product information. Connect with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Follow up on outstanding quotes and stalled opportunities. Re-engage inactive customers and identify additional sales opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM notes, stages, and next steps. Marketing Coordination Assist with executing marketing campaigns and initiatives. Maintain marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets. Coordinate email campaigns, website updates, and social media content. Manage promotional inventory, sales kits, and sample requests. Coordinate printing and assemble customer materials. Event & Trade Show Support Coordinate event logistics, supplies, displays, and shipping. Prepare literature and promotional items. Track leads and coordinate post-event follow-up.
