Housekeeping Team Members

Public Areas Attendant Maintain supplies and clean all public areas of the hotel including staff areas as assigned. Maintain and clean the public washrooms. Each washroom to be checked at least once per hour. Dust all tables, lamps and ledges in all public areas and corridors. Clean all glass doors and mirrors in public areas. Assist guests by answering questions. Dust all marble surfaces in the lobby. Clean telephones and ensure supplies such as pens, pencils, memo pads, directories, ashtrays, and matches are available. Make routine checks of all public areas to ensure cleanliness and neatness. Empty ashtrays and keep sand clean and stamp with logo. Clean employees’ washrooms on all floors including pool area. Make work orders for any deficiencies and bring them to the Housekeeping Department. Check guest elevators regularly, clean carpets, mirrors, and polish brass as required. Housekeeping House Attendant Keep all villa sidewalks/patio areas neat, swept and mopped depending on surface. Make sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark‑free. Keep all service‑elevator landings, stairwells and linen storage rooms clean, organized and tidy by sweeping, mopping and dusting the areas. Move racks of clean room linen to guest‑room floors. Stock linen storage rooms daily with supplies and amenities. Empty trash and dirty linen from guest villas. Help move beds, furniture, turn mattresses, remove or hang sheers and drapes. Assist the Housekeeping team as required. Guestroom Attendant / Turndown Provide a comfortable evening environment in guest rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room in the early evening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep. Clean and perform turndown services in guest rooms to exacting standards; dust, sanitize all areas of the guest room. Close drapes, reduce lighting, turn on music and prepare bed. Restock towels and used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, etc. Prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests. Interact with guests, making them feel welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of by handling all guest interactions with high hospitality and accommodating special requests. What You Bring High school education or equivalent experience. Preferred experience in a luxury hotel housekeeping or equivalent with Four Seasons or another organization. High level of attention to detail. Knowledge and ability to operate cleaning equipment. Understanding and working knowledge of English. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for operating golf carts. Flexible with schedule – able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening/overnight shifts.
