The nurse will be responsible for charge duties as required for this role. Team members are expected to support and mentor students and new hires. Two to three weekends of work per month may be required based on unit needs. Cancellations may occur up to 36 hours prior to assignments due to census changes. An environment conducive to learning and support is encouraged. Travel experience is required for this position. The nurse should help foster a positive culture for new team members.
