Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness across the property. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.29 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue 10:30 AM – 06:30 PM, Wed 10:30 AM – 06:30 PM, Thu 10:30 AM – 06:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, perimeter points, parking areas, and building access points, to help deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access when required, and support visitor, vendor, and delivery procedures in alignment with site expectations. Support day-to-day operations at a commercial property by reporting hazards, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, while providing professional assistance and clear directions to occupants and guests. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
