- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Provide helpful information and guide customers through their service or sales experience
- Communicate effectively with our team to ensure smooth service

- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivated, dependable, and ready to learn
- A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
