Qualifications:

• Current and valid Texas Occupational Therapist license (TX OT licensure required).
• Previous experience in a school-based OT setting is preferred.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff.
• Flexibility to work with students across various age groups (to be determined).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
• Deliver direct OT services to address each child’s unique physical, developmental, and educational needs.
• Collaborate with IEP teams, providing expert input and supporting goal development.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and OT interventions.
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and school staff regarding student needs and progress.
• Adapt and modify activities and environments to support student participation in school routines.
