Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate genuine relationships with clients, associates, and vendors, ensuring a professional presence at all times.
• Design and execute events that dazzle, meeting client needs while maintaining profitability.
• Maximize revenues, optimize on-site inventory, and safeguard the Resort's assets.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution.
• Continuous follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year in hospitality sales and/or Event Management.
• Proficiency in hotel food and beverage, Salesforce/Amadeus, and basic AV equipment.
• Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and maintain a four-diamond resort appearance.
