Community and Growth Coordinator

Pinpoint Web Studio is a locally rooted Central Florida creative agency that believes great businesses are built on genuine relationships. We are not a faceless corporation. We are a tight-knit team that is deeply invested in the communities we serve across Central Florida, and we are looking for someone who shares that passion. We are bringing on a Community & Growth Coordinator to be the face of our agency out in the real world. This is a hybrid, part-time contractor role, so you will have the flexibility to work from home when it makes sense, while also getting out into the community to represent Pinpoint Web Studio where it counts. That means attending local networking events, business expos, chamber mixers, community gatherings, and everything in between. You will build genuine relationships, support our existing clients so they always feel taken care of, and naturally introduce new businesses and organizations to what our team does best. The ideal candidate is a natural people-person who lights up in a room full of strangers, remembers names, follows through on promises, and genuinely cares about helping local businesses succeed. You do not need to be a web design expert. You need to be a great listener, a connector, and someone who takes pride in representing a brand with integrity. Experience in sales, community organizing, public relations, or customer success is a plus, but your personality and work ethic matter more to us than your resume. This is a part-time contractor position with flexible hours built around events and community activity. Mileage reimbursement is included.
