Assistant Restaurant Manager

Assistant Manager We are looking for a hard‑working Assistant Manager in a high‑energy environment to help lead a team committed to making every guest leave happy. Job Responsibilities Make daily decisions that involve time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards. Build sales and maximize profits by effectively recruiting, training, developing, and motivating the team to meet company and guest expectations. Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment. Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management. Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) and, over time, complete a rotation through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom responsibilities. Kitchen: manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cleanliness; oversee pizza dough preparation, cooking, and preparation of Chuck E. menu items. Sales: oversee cashier, salad bar, gift shop, merchandise inventory, ordering, execution, profitability management, and quality assurance. Showroom: lead birthday party execution and planning, maximize bookings, and optimize seating. Gameroom: partner with Technical Manager to keep games and equipment in top condition, analyze game play data and ticket payouts, and maintain cleanliness. Must have a high‑school diploma or GED. Must be at least 21 years of age (or we may hire at the age permitted by local law for alcohol-related duties with RVP approval). Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in the food service industry, or experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six months. Essential Job Functions and Work Environment Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds during the scheduled shift. Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during the scheduled shift. The work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to non‑weather related wet, humid, extreme heat, and extreme cold conditions.
