Senior Content Manager Romph Pou Agency | On-Site About the Role Romph Pou Agency is looking for a Senior Content Manager to own social content strategy and execution for a roster of client brands. This person will move fluidly between big-picture strategy and hands-on content creation — building the plan, producing the content, publishing it, and then staying close enough to performance and cultural trends to adjust course in real time. This is a strong fit for someone who thinks like a strategist, creates like a creative, and reacts like a community manager who's always got one eye on what's trending. What You’ll Do: Social Content Strategy Develop social content strategies for assigned clients, aligned to brand positioning, business goals, and platform best practices Build content calendars and campaign plans that balance always-on content with timely, trend-driven moments Partner with account and creative teams to ensure content strategy supports broader campaign and brand objectives Content Development & Publishing Create and/or oversee the production of social content across formats (copy, static, video, short-form) for multiple client accounts Manage the publishing calendar and post content across client social platforms Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all published content Performance Monitoring & Optimization Monitor content and campaign performance across platforms, tracking against KPIs Report on performance trends to clients and internal teams, translating data into clear takeaways Monitor social, cultural, and platform trends in real time and proactively recommend content adjustments to capitalize on emerging opportunities or respond to shifts in performance Influencer Relations Research and identify influencer partners aligned to client brands and campaign goals Manage influencer relationships end-to-end, including outreach, negotiation, briefing, and contracting Execute influencer campaigns and partnerships, and evaluate their performance and ROI What You Bring 5–7 years of experience in social media/content strategy, ideally within an agency environment A proven track record developing and executing social content strategies that drive measurable results Hands-on experience creating content (writing, light design/video direction, or both) — this is not a strategy-only role Strong analytical skills, with experience using social analytics and listening tools to monitor performance and trends Experience researching, negotiating, and managing influencer partnerships Excellent written communication skills and a sharp eye for brand voice Ability to manage multiple client accounts and shifting priorities simultaneously A finger on the pulse of social and cultural trends, and the judgment to know which ones are worth acting on What Success Looks Like Client social content consistently reflects brand strategy and performs against goals Content adjustments and trend recommendations are timely, relevant, and grounded in data Influencer partnerships are well-managed, on-brief, and deliver measurable value Clients see this person as a trusted, strategic partner — not just an execution resource Location: On-site at Romph Pou Agency #J-18808-Ljbffr
