About this Role The Program Accountability Unit is responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the Quality Incentive Pool (QIP) program, which drives improvements in healthcare delivery across California public hospital systems. Working Conditions The position is eligible for telework up to three days per week and requires in‑person presence a minimum of two days per week. Minimum Requirements Analyst II. Analyst I is acceptable if experience satisfies the minimum qualifications. Desirable Qualifications Experience with quality improvement or health equity programs. Background in project management, policy analysis, or legislation implementation. Ability to collaborate effectively with both clinical and non‑clinical staff. Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining professionalism and tact. Knowledge of health quality and equity, cultural humility, and social determinants of health.
