Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) must be obtained within 12 months, and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) education module within 6 months. At least 1 year of recent critical care experience is required. Recommended skills include strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
