Channel Sales Specialist

Leica Microsystems seeks a Channel Sales Specialist to drive sales growth through large channel partners across the US. This technical sales role involves building partnerships, promoting microscopy products, and managing account expansion within Life Science and Applied markets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with channel partners to identify and pursue new customer opportunities within assigned territory
• Provide product expertise and training to channel representatives on Leica's microscopy portfolio and applications
• Execute direct field sales activities including trade shows, lead follow-up, and customer relationship management
• Maintain Salesforce CRM with sales activities and coordinate across internal teams for customer satisfaction
• Develop and manage key channel partner relationships to implement growth strategies and expand sales margins

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or related scientific field
• 3+ years of successful technical product sales experience
• Core understanding of microscopy, imaging, or application technologies
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of commercial, government, university, or industrial markets
• Valid US driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% overnight

Compensation: $84,000-$143,300 base, plus sales incentive pay
