Position: Document Prep, Scanning & Data Entry Clerks Location: Tallahassee, FL Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $16.00/hour #remedyjobs A reputable local company is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals for Document Preparation, Scanning, and Data Entry roles. Candidates must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain high accuracy. Requirements: Pass Level 2 (Fingerprint) background check, drug screen, and credit check High school diploma or GED Microsoft Office proficiency required Kodak scanner and OnBase experience a plus Key Responsibilities: Document Preparation: Remove bindings, repair pages, insert cover sheets Sort, classify, and count documents Prepare files for scanning with high accuracy Document Scanning: Scan records into electronic format Ensure image quality and proper file naming Operate scanning equipment efficiently Data Entry: Enter and verify data from source documents Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets Ensure accuracy through cross-referencing Ideal Candidate: Organized, detail-focused, and dependable with strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive work ethic.
