Accounts Payable Specialist- NetSuite Experience Required!

Vaco is partnering with a leading client in Phoenix, AZ to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. The ideal candidate must have NetSuite, will have high volume data entry and invoice processing experience, as well as month and close and reconciliation experience. This is a 3-6 month contract role, offering a hybrid work schedule, and is paying up to $32 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities: Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and promptly Completing all weekly and monthly payment runs in a timely and accurate manner. Dealing with remittances Sorting, three-company matching, coding, and obtaining approvals for payment. Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, statements, etc. Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances Maintaining historical records Paying vendors by scheduling bill.com and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit. Responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance Sales tax payable Around 200 invoices a month with multiple line entries.
