LVN Chiropractic Assistant SupervisorLifekind Health is looking for a full-time LVN Chiropractic Assistant Supervisor to work closely with upper management and the Chiropractic Provider Manager to align frontline operations with the broader goals of the organization. You will be managing timecards, conducting meetings, handling disciplinary matters, supporting staff, providing clinical coverage, and traveling between locations.Our mission is to bring care that's whole, human, and healing. Clinics are open 7 days a week, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm. Availability to work Saturday and/or Sunday may be required.Clinic Operations & ComplianceEnsure consistent adherence to clinical protocols, HIPAA requirements, and PHI-handling standards at all locationsMonitor staff competency in modality operation (Richmar Quattro 2.5, TheraTouch CX4/EX4, Triton DTS, AutoFlex Table) and EHR documentation (Health Fusion, Savas)Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing CA staffDeploy trainers to assist in coverageTravel regularly between all California clinic locations as neededStaff Oversight & LeadershipDirectly supervise Chiropractic Assistants across all Lifekind Health California locationsServe as a working supervisor — provide clinical floor coverage at any location when staffing requiresConduct biweekly meetings with CA staff to review performance, address concerns, updates, and reinforce standardsFacilitate weekly meetings with upper management and fellow supervisors to align on operational prioritiesFoster a team culture rooted in accountability, professionalism, and excellent patient carePayroll & Timecard ManagementReview, verify, and approve CA staff timecards biweekly via ADPMonitor attendance patterns, flag discrepancies, and coordinate corrections with HR/PayrollEnsure compliance with timekeeping policies across all sitesPerformance & Disciplinary ActionConduct performance evaluations and provide constructive, documented feedbackInitiate and manage progressive disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy and HR guidelinesPartner with HR to ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant handling of all staff mattersDocument all disciplinary actions thoroughly and maintain accurate personnel recordsQualificationsMinimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chiropractic Assistant in a clinical settingMinimum 1 year of supervisory, lead, or management experienceChiropractic Assistant certification or equivalent continuing education preferredDemonstrated ability to manage staff across multiple locations or departmentsProficiency with EHR documentation and general clinic workflowsValid California driver's license and reliable transportation for statewide travelStrong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skillsWorking knowledge of HIPAA/PHI compliance requirementsExperience using ADP or similar payroll/timecard platformHands-on experience with chiropractic modalities (EMS, ultrasound, traction, heat lamp) preferredExperience in a multi-site or franchise healthcare environment preferredWillingness to travel to all Lifekind Health California locations, including Rancho Mirage, Indio, Riverside, San Jacinto, and VictorvilleBenefitsComprehensive Benefits: medical, dental, vision insurance options for you and your familyMedical – Choice between three Cigna PPO plans (company pays 90% for employees and 50% for dependents!)Dental offered through Principal Life Insurance CompanyVision offered through Principal and VSP Vision CareFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (DCSA)Company paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability with medical enrollmentEmployee Life, Spouse Life and Dependent Life401(k) Retirement Savings PlanGenerous PTOLifekind Health and Savas Software are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
