Earning Potential

• Commission-based compensation with bonus opportunities
• No cap on earnings
• $100,000+ earning potential

What You'll Do

• Help customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from start to finish
• Communicate with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
• Develop product knowledge to confidently answer questions and assist customers
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain customer relationships
• Work as part of a team to create an outstanding customer experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old or have at least 3 years of licensed driving experience for insurance purposes
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
