In-House Counsel — PBM Contracts & Regulatory
CVS
CVS Health is seeking an in-house counsel to support the PBM client contracting team. You will negotiate NDAs, draft and negotiate PBM contracts, and advise on regulatory issues affecting the PBM industry. Collaboration across Legal, government affairs, regulatory, audit, and underwriting is essential. The role includes potential client relationships, support for proposals, and travel up to 5% as needed.
