Crew members provide a level of customer service that exceeds our customer's expectations. This includes making and serving great tasting products in a friendly and courteous environment every single day. We want our customers to feel like a guest in our restaurant.
Teamwork is essential. Guests are greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Crew members need to be able to multi-task and take initiative to do things before being told what to do. Understanding what it takes to get the job done right is important. Learning from experience as well as from those who have experience is encouraged.
What You Can Expect
Crew referral program - any existing crew person gets $50 if they refer someone who averages 20 hours/week and stays for 90 days
After 5 years of service, crew receive an extra week's pay on their anniversary date
Medical insurance available after 90 days
Flexible hours
Free employee meals up to $5 per shift
401K with company match up to certain %
