Salary: $95,000 - $120,000
Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Consultant to support their team during a critical period of business integration and growth. This highly visible, hands-on role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, maintain continuity across accounting operations, and make an immediate impact on the organization.

- Manage the month-end close process, including account reconciliations, cash management, and preparation of accurate financial statements.
- Document accounting procedures and facilitate knowledge transfer to support long-term operational success.
- Provide financial reporting and support for management, sales, and customer service teams.
- Reconcile inventory and sales activity across multiple entities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain strong accounting practices with a focus on process improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted resource for financial analysis and ad hoc reporting requests.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience within manufacturing, distribution, or a similar operational environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs (or equivalent functions).
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, DDI, QuickBooks, or comparable platforms.
- Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a collaborative onsite environment.
