TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Greensboro, North Carolina, 27401!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required License: Active nursing license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: EKG exam required during onboarding Experience with Epic charting system preferred Previous charge RN experience preferred Description: The role requires a registered nurse specializing in medical-surgical and telemetry. You will be responsible for the care of patients with various medical conditions. Experience with respiratory issues and general medical-surgical diagnoses is essential. The patient population includes observation patients, hospice patients, and individuals with diabetes. The job entails managing dysrhythmias and providing wound care. BiPAP/CPAP management and blood product administration skills are necessary. You will be expected to float to different units as required. Expect to work a rotating weekend schedule. Flexibility with scheduling is important due to a zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences. Travelers may be floated across various facilities as needed.
