Position:
Construction Sales Trainee
What We Offer:
- Earn $150K-$350K+ annually
- No roofing sales experience required - full training provided
Responsibilities:
- Canvass neighborhoods to identify homes with potential roof damage
- Speak with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claims
- Perform roof inspections - training provided
- Complete paperwork
- Represent our company professionally in the field
Requirements:
- Previous sales, canvassing, or hospitality experience
- Comfortable working outdoors and talking with homeowners
- Ability to climb a ladder for inspections
- Reliable transportation (car/truck)
