What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership of inventory accuracy across the facility, working closely with multiple teams.

• Perform daily cycle counts across all areas of the plant

• Meet monthly inventory count goals for assigned materials

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes

• Use systems (Oracle) and transaction history to resolve issues

• Support quarterly inventory audits

• Assist with BOM updates and routing accuracy

• Partner with purchasing and other departments to maintain inventory levels

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, VES)

• Help implement engineering changes (ECOs)

• Keep work areas organized and aligned with safety standards

What We're Looking For

This role is a strong fit for someone who is dependable, analytical, and likes problem-solving.

• Experience in inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision

• Problem-solving mindset-able to identify and resolve discrepancies

• Comfortable working with systems and data

• Team-oriented with good communication skills

• Ability to manage time and stay productive throughout the day

Work Environment

• Manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, equipment, and varying conditions

• Requires standing, moving, and handling materials throughout the shift

• Regular lifting up to 20 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs)

• PPE required depending on work area
