• Uphold a clean, orderly, and safe workspace in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with teammates to achieve daily output goals and schedule commitments.
• Log production data accurately and notify supervisors of any variances or concerns.
• Consistently follow all safety guidelines and procedures.

Your Background

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is beneficial.
• Proven track record in machine operation or a closely related role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial equipment.
• Comfortable interpreting blueprints and technical manuals.
• Detail-oriented with sound problem-solving skills.
