Role Description
This is a full-time Attorney role based on-site at the firm's office in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Attorney will provide legal advice, conduct legal research, represent clients in removal proceedings, consular, and USCIS cases. Additional responsibilities include preparing legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Immigration Law
- Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and conducting thorough Legal Research
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in a state bar
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a law firm
- Commitment to professionalism and client service
Salary and Benefits:
Salary will be determined based on experience. Minimum starting salary is $125,000. Salary increases with experience.
