Territory Sales Representative – Building Materials

• Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 base salary plus uncapped commission (5% of gross collected profit)

• Build and execute a sales strategy targeting contractors, architects, engineers and construction professionals.

• Drive new business through prospecting, lead follow-up and territory development.

• Introduce specialized masonry and concrete restoration materials to key decision-makers.

• Influence project specifications through presentations, demonstrations and educational seminars.

• Manage both long-term specification sales cycles and faster-moving contractor opportunities.

• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and represent the company at customer locations.

• Track pipeline activity, maintain customer relationships and report sales progress.

• Expand the initial territory across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan and Minnesota.

What’s needed?

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience in construction, building materials or a related industry.

• Proven ability to generate new business and build a sales territory independently.

• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Confidence presenting to architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel, visit jobsites and participate in hands-on product demonstrations.

• Self-motivated, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a small, collaborative environment.
