Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential support to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities and personal care. This role requires a nurturing attitude and the ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide meal preparation and cooking services tailored to clients' dietary needs.
- Support clients in mobility and lifting as necessary to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Offer patient care, including monitoring health conditions and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Assist with catheter care and other medical needs as directed by healthcare providers.
- Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to enhance their emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring all living spaces are tidy and organized.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams.
- Prior experience in home health care, assisted living, or nursing home settings is preferred but not required.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued.
- Familiarity with long-term care practices is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
- Ability to follow care plans accurately while being adaptable to changing client needs.
- Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program State of Indiana. Active Aide license
