Hourly Pay Range: $40.45 - $62.70 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

What You Will Do:
As the Clinical Nurse Coordinator you will assume a critical role in the coordination and management of clinical operations within your designated unit. You will lead a team of nursing staff, ensuring efficient patient care delivery, adherence to protocols, and the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare.
What You Will Need:
- Education: BSN required, MSN preferred
- Certifications/License: IL RN License, CPR BLS issued by AHA, ACLS issued by AHA
- Experience: Clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
