Clinical Supervisor RN - Medication Support Services

Management Level Position

Sycamores provides a spectrum of equitable mental health services through various programs to multicultural populations of all acuities. Although it serves a variety of consumers, the agency focuses primarily on providing care to low-income, high at-risk youth.

This is a management level position responsible for staff oversight, scheduling, and collaboration associated with specific programs consistent with the overall philosophy and practices of the agency. This position will oversee the program Licensed Vocational Nurses and Licensed Psychiatric Technicians, supporting their use of medical knowledge to serve the youth and adults. This role will be involved with recruiting and hiring of direct care staff. This role will ensure accurate and timely documentation of services rendered, and in order that the Agency can meet its programmatic and treatment objectives and support psychiatric services, including management and documentation duties.

Starting Pay Range: $120,640 - $131,040 per year for Full-Time employment (starting pay will be based on previous work experience and educational background.)

Job Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience required.
• Supervisory, leadership, or management experience preferred.
• Experience working with youth and adults in a psychiatric setting, preferred.
• Experience working with challenging, high-risk, or high-acuity populations, preferred.
• Maintains all required licenses and certifications.
• As this position may require regular and flexible travel between various sites and locations, driving is an essential function of this position. Candidate qualifications therefore include:

• Personal, reliable vehicle for travel to various locations.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Acceptable driving record as determined Agency policy.
• Proof of auto insurance meeting minimum coverage requirements.
