Member Assist Cart Attendant – Sam's Club Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr Position Summary We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. Responsibilities Help members with their purchases and ensure the parking lot is well‑kept. Assist members in loading their vehicles and ensure carts are ready and available. Support members throughout the club and create a great member experience. Stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately, rain or shine, sleet or snow. Work in fast‑paced environments. Problem‑solve obstacles to ensure each task is completed with excellence. What You’ll Do Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled and notify members of delays. Inform members when products are unavailable and offer alternatives. Ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup. Resolve member issues and concerns. Promote the company’s products and services. Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and following procedures. Assist members with purchasing decisions, payments, and processing transactions using cash registers. Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds. Maintain parking lot cleanliness. Follow company policies, procedures, and ethics. Impact Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members. Provide exceptional customer service and answer questions.
