Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify and assess damages.
- Perform high quality repairs on damaged vehicles, ensuring safety and structural integrity.
- Repair and replace body panels
- Attend weekly department meetings to collaborate with team and meet deadlines
- Follow industry best practices to achieve exceptional results
- Provide world class customer service
Job Skills:
- Ability to perform a damage repair assessment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment to a high quality work standards
- Industry sponsored training I-Car, ASE, OEM)
- Collision repair experience
Salary is commensurate with experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.49 - $24.67 per hour
