You’ll lead discussions and workshops with stakeholders and engineers, analysts, and other support staff that will help your team identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. The world can’t wait.  You Have:  5+ years of experience working in military headquarters or policy environmentsExperience in a military, civil service, or government contractor role Experience coordinating actions and initiatives across multiple organizations or stakeholdersExperience preparing senior leaders for meetings, briefings, and decisions.Experience developing staff products, including memos, decision papers, and reportsExperience with MS SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI Ability to track and manage tasks to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and synthesize complex information into concise and actionable recommendationsAbility to prioritize competing requirementsSecret clearanceBachelor’s degree in a Public Administration, Political Science, or Business field Nice If You Have:  7+ years of experience in an operational role Experience briefing senior leaders or executivesExperience with interagency, joint, or multinational environmentsExperience in project management or as a staff officerKnowledge of organizational hierarchy and decision-making processesKnowledge of staff processes, task management systems, and organizational policy complianceAbility to be adaptable in ambiguous and fast-paced environmentsPossession of excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and time-management skillsMaster's degree in a relevant field Project management or change management certification Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
