Danaher seeks a Distribution Manager to lead daily operations at the Blue Ash Distribution Center near Cincinnati, Ohio. The role focuses on ensuring on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and team development while applying continuous improvement methodologies across safety, quality, and productivity metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead daily distribution operations and team development at Blue Ash Distribution Center
Manage site budget, inventory accuracy, and performance metrics across safety and quality
Advance safety programs and OSHA compliance initiatives
Develop productivity plans and champion Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement practices

Requirements

High school diploma or GED minimum
Experience coordinating workflows and operational priorities in fast-paced environments
Proficiency with performance metrics to improve delivery, inventory, quality, and budget
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable continuous improvement methods
Experience supporting workplace safety and compliance in distribution or warehouse operations

Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 base; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
