Housekeeper

Property Location: 2880 Dallas Parkway - Frisco, Texas 75034 Hiring immediately for full‑time and part‑time housekeepers. Responsibilities Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members. Perform a variety of hotel housekeeping services to keep guest rooms clean in accordance with established standards. Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs. Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested. Provide courteous and friendly service, responding promptly and efficiently to guest requests, questions, or complaints with a "Service +1" attitude. Work independently without direct supervision and follow verbal and written instructions. Work Saturdays and/or Sundays as required; the hotel operates 7 days a week and weekends are typically the busiest periods. Qualifications No previous cleaning experience required. Knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school. Ability to walk, stand, push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and kneel during the work shift. Capacity to lift 25–35 pounds intermittently during the shift. Positive attitude and problem‑solving mindset. Dedication to providing excellent customer service. Strong communication skills in English; Spanish language skills are an asset. Compensation and Benefits Competitive starting hourly pay.
