About This Role As an RN in the Clinical Decision Unit at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital, you will provide exceptional care to patients requiring extended care, ensuring timely discharge or admission within 18 hours. Highlights Pay: $36 - $56/hour Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Fairview Hospital Department/Unit: Clinical Decision Unit Schedule: Part-time, Night shift What You’ll Do Provide direct nursing care. Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans. Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs. Educate patients and their families.
