As the Sales Operations Manager at Heyco, you'll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things.Join us as we build the future in Manufacturing and Engineering!Perks and Benefits:Medical & Employer Paid: Dental and VisionParental Leave401k and Employer MatchPaid time off and holidaysTuition reimbursementPaid On the Job TrainingPerformance incentive bonusesTalent Referral Bonus ProgramEmployee Centric CultureWhat You Will Do:Develop, maintain, and optimize sales operations processes, such as sample ordering, order management, customer segmentation, pricing, quoting, and lead management to support the field sales teamAnalyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities and create reports to track progress and performance.Utilize CRM to develop and maintain accurate customer and sales records as well as running monthly sales, commission, and POS reports.Prepare and manage forecast process and quarterly business review material presented to the senior leadership team.Manage sales database, point of sale from our channel partners to measure and improve forecast accuracy.Collaborate with the field sales team to understand their operational needs and help achieve their goals.Develop strategies and tactics to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency.Create and manage sales documentation, including sales plans, SOPs, and job aids.Manage and advise on the execution of campaigns and promotions to our channel partners.Provide training and support to sales team on operations processesCreate reporting, graphs and PowerPoint slides for channel partner meetings using data from CRM, point of sale and ERP systemWhat We Are Looking For:BA/BS in Business, Marketing Research or Statistics is preferred.Five to seven years of data mining/data analysisExperience with ERP systems and CRM (i.e., HubSpot)Strong analytical and communication skillsExcellent PC skills including MS Access, Excel, and PowerPointCandidates must be authorized to work in the US without the need for current or future sponsorship.Local candidates encouraged to apply as relocation assistance is not available.PennEngineering is committed to Diversity, Equity and Belonging, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences.
