What You’ll Do Partner with network agencies to draft press releases, pitch and build media lists, develop story angles and support launches (client wins, initiatives, partnerships, thought leadership) Serve as a go-to communications liaison across teams and partner agencies, connecting stakeholders, aligning messaging and keeping PR/internal comms workstreams moving Pitch media and support inbound opportunities; coordinate interview logistics and briefing materials Track and report on press coverage, executive mentions, speaking opportunities and competitive/news moments Manage awards and event submissions: calendar, requirements, writing, approvals and post‑submission follow‑up Help prepare for key industry moments and events (conferences, speaking opportunities) by coordinating timelines, materials, briefing docs and follow‑up Support executive communications: talking points, Q&A, bylines Support internal communications: network-wide updates, key announcements What You’ll Need 4+ years in communications/PR (in‑house or agency) Strong writing across press releases, bylines, pitches and briefing docs Experience reporting to senior editors and comfortable working directly with C‑suite Strong organization and a detail‑oriented mindset (deadlines, calendars, version control, approvals) Experience managing external partners/agencies and keeping workstreams moving Proactive ideas, strong judgment and responsive communication Interest in (and understanding of) technology and the advertising/agency landscape Excel at translating complex work into clear narratives Compensation The target range of base compensation for this role is $80,000 – $100,000.
