Lexeco is looking for an experienced Heavy Highway Job Site Superintendent to lead field operations on construction projects throughout Kansas and Missouri. What you’ll do: Manage daily job site activities and crews Coordinate subcontractors and materials Maintain project schedules and productivity Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance Work closely with Project Managers to deliver successful projects What we’re looking for: High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of construction supervisory experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver's license Experience with state or federal construction projects is a plus but not required Join a team that values safety, quality, and getting the job done right.
