Hospital Liaison – Skilled Nursing Facility Marketer

Location: Bossier City, LA

Pay field: $70,000 – $75,000 per year, plus bonuses

Job type: Full-time, permanent

A skilled nursing facility in Bossier City, LA needs a Hospital Liaison who can turn hospital relationships into admissions. Out in the field, building referral sources and filling beds is the job.

What you’ll do

Build and grow referral relationships with area hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and physician groups
Drive census by turning referrals into admissions
Be the face of the facility at hospital rounds, meetings, and community events
Track your referral sources and follow up before the competition does
Work with admissions and clinical teams so referrals convert smoothly

What we’re looking for

Existing relationships with hospitals in the Bossier City and Shreveport, LA markets
Skilled nursing facility experience, in marketing, admissions, business development, or a clinical role
A track record of growing census or referral volume
A self-starter who doesn’t wait for referrals to show up
Reliable transportation and comfort working in the field
