We're looking for a Personal Risk Advisor to join our growing sales team. In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships, help individuals and families understand their risks, and recommend insurance solutions that protect what matters most. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, educator, and advocate while building a rewarding career with significant income potential.

What You'll Do

Build relationships with prospective and existing clients

Conduct personal insurance reviews and risk assessments

Help clients evaluate and protect against exposures involving homes, autos, personal liability, valuables, rental properties, watercraft, recreational vehicles, and more

Design customized insurance solutions tailored to individual needs and lifestyles

Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, community involvement, and relationship-building

Present insurance recommendations and guide clients through the decision-making process

Create long-term client relationships that lead to referrals, retention, and account growth

Collaborate with carrier partners, leadership, and service teammates to deliver an exceptional client experience

Many new advisors begin by handling both sales and service responsibilities while building their client base. As your book develops and reaches the appropriate size, dedicated account-management support may be added, allowing you to focus more heavily on relationship development, client strategy, and new business growth.

Qualifications

Preferred

Sales experience (B2C or B2B)

Insurance experience

Experience in financial services, real estate, lending, or other relationship-based industries

Existing Property & Casualty License

Experience generating referrals and building professional networks

Required

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage an organized sales pipeline

Willingness to learn insurance products and industry concepts

Comfort using agency technology and CRM systems

Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty License within 90 days of hire

New to Insurance?

Insurance experience is not required for the right candidate.
