We help them make successful transitions resulting in changes that are thoroughly and smoothly implemented with lasting benefits.**Position Responsibilities**This position will focus on managing different elements of change efforts throughout the lifecycle of a project including, developing a change strategy, creating and implementing communication plans, developing training approaches / materials and measuring adoption.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Shaping and driving change strategies aligned with enterprise goals* Leading delivery of change initiatives; tracking performance and mitigating risks* Coaching team members while fostering collaboration and growth* Applying data-driven insights to assess impact and guide decisions* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and customize training plans based on employee and project requirements* Building and implementing solutions using dynamic digital adoption tools* Creating comprehensive process maps with a focus on user impact using Visio, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint and videos* Developing content and designing training materials including e-learning videos, training guides and quick reference cards* Researching and testing new technologies and processes to develop relevant learning materials* Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with vendor support* Maintaining and updating learning materials throughout project lifecycles and beyond**Candidate Requirements***Qualifications & Experience:** Bachelor’s degree required* 5+ years of direct relevant experience is required* Experience working with digital adoption tools (e.g., WalkMe, Pendo, Userlane, Appcues); strong knowledge of WalkMe is preferred* Familiarity with implementing a range of training assets in the financial services industry is a plus* Experience with design, user experience and Learning Management Systems is a plus* Background in technology services and support is a plus* Delivery oriented with high quality customer service standards* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Excellent collaboration skills* Navigates shifting priorities with resilience and focus* Must be motivated by a fast paced, complex environment and comfortable learning new technologies quickly* Enthusiastic about working in office and creating a Gold Standard hybrid work culture**Critical Competencies for Success****Our Gold Standards** define key behaviors and competencies across 4 dimensions: Leadership, Achieving Results, Personal Effectiveness and Thinking Critically. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experiences and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
