As a Banking Advisor I within the PNC Private Bank Connect organization, you will be a trusted advisor within a virtually delivered, high-volume, fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Banking Advisor I will serve as a strategic partner to clients by adding value and providing best-in-class products and business solutions. Banking Advisor I's ability to develop and cultivate relationships will support the growth of the business through client retention, client deepening and client acquisition.

Job Description

• Works under the direction of Senior Banking Advisors to observe client meetings, Bank positioning, and client outreach activities.
• Assists Senior Banking Advisors in introducing AMG banking products and services to internal and external clients. Aids in prospect discovery, client pre-call planning /meeting prep, post call tracking and follow-up.
• Observes and assists in the origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit banking products and services.
• Assists in servicing book of business to ensure client satisfaction, client retention and expansion of sales revenue. Responsible for proactive outreach to clients based on guidance from Senior Banking Advisor.
• Demonstrates emerging ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk by utilizing knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies. Ensures compliance with current banking policies and regulations.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $63,750.00 – $127,500.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
