We're looking for a skilled and reliable Fleet Mechanic to help keep our operations running smoothly. Why Join Us? Competitive Pay : Apprentice Mechanic: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Experienced Mechanic: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour Comprehensive Benefits Package : Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401K Retirement Plan with Company Match Paid Time Off Ongoing Training & Career Development What You'll Do Maintain, diagnose, and repair heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and construction equipment (including directional drills & excavators). Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs . Ensure all equipment meets safety and performance standards . Utilize power tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot issues. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of mechanical experience (preferred in diesel engines or heavy equipment). Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus). Ability to read and follow repair manuals in English. Own set of tools required for the job.
