You will be part of a culture that values trust, accountability, and shared success where your work truly matters.Job SummaryResponsibilities:Lead complex enterprise deployments of the Idira EPM solution through deployment, configuration, and management Design and architect EPM rollout to meet customer security requirementsAdvise customers on how to satisfy business requirements with EPM policesDemonstrate a strong understanding of enterprise endpoint and privileged management Develop and maintain positive and productive customer relationshipsBroker communications between customer and Palo Alto Networks’s internal teamsResolve customer escalations while maintaining correct expectations and ensuring customer satisfactionAssist with initial drafts of design, architecture, and planning documentationRequirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a similar discipline2 or more years of experience in a technical role deploying Endpoint enterprise software 2 or more years of experience in a technology implementation or consulting roleAn understanding of networking, systems administration, and information security Experience with Windows, *NIX and macOS operating systems Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, schedule meetings, work independently, and have strong verbal and written skills.Demonstrable knowledge of Information Security and Network Architecture concepts including OIDC, SAML, and UACBe a creative problem solver with out-of-the-box thinking in critical situationsAbility to keep track of independent tasks and ensure accurate completion Previous experience with Palo Alto Networks’s solutions, cloud workloads and endpoint management are preferredMS AD knowledge is required, and AAD experience is preferredREST API, JavaScript and PowerShell scripting experience is preferredQualifications Compensation DisclosureThe compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
