Home Health – Registered Nurse - Days

Start Dates: ASAP (can start any Monday)

• 13-week contract
• 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday
• Hours: 8-5 pm (visits usually won't start until 9-10a)

• Certs: BLS
• License: CA RN
• Experience: 2 years of experience
  • Must have 1 year of recent home health experience
  • Must have HCHB and Oasis experience - client does not have the capacity to train
• Productivity expectations: 6 patients a day, they will load them with patients the night before, and they will make calls to schedule the appointments
  • 25-30 point expectation
• Geriatric population
• Mileage will be reimbursed
