Temp To Engage Mailroom ClerkDuration: 0-3+ months (Temp to Engage) Shift Time: Monday - Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pmJob DescriptionPrimary responsibilities include processing inbound and outbound mail for the three area offices in Sumner, Seattle, and Issaquah. Candidate is customer facing both in the center and supporting a variety of inbound support requests from team members both on site and remote. Microsoft Office skills are a plus as we utilize Outlook, Excel, and Word on a daily basis. PC use is more than 50% of time on task to leverage web-based tools for the execution of the services provided. Works on a smaller team and must be flexible to the changing needs of the customer. They will be best to have a high sense of self-motivation as the team is often working solo on their assigned tasks. Environment is part of the warehouse function for the Business Center operates as the inbound warehouse dock for a majority of the mail and parcel workflows. Assignment is temp to engage until we fill the permanent position on the team. Use of hand trucks, dollies, and pallet jack and used for mail and parcel handling. Candidate should be able to lift up to 50lbs. Mailroom activities may include route activities to involve moderate walking on concrete.Dress CodeSite is a warehouse casual environment. Jeans and tennis shoes are acceptable attire. Business casual.
