We are looking for a high-energy, reliable individual with outstanding customer service skills to assist our Sales Associates when selling and helping our customers with their Verizon Wireless service and products.

As an Experience Specialist, you will get to know our communication technology inside and out, and you will be the one everyone else looks to when it comes to what's next in wireless and technology solutions. Responsibilities

Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations

Interacting with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service to all customers in person or via phone

Assist our tenured Sales Associates with all aspects of the sales process and customer service duties to enhance the customer experience

Help with operational duties within the store

Requirements

Must be 18yrs old

Works well with others in a customer service focused, friendly team environment

Staying current on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices

Working a variety of hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, involving occasional overtime

Desired Qualifications:

Some retail customer service or experience preferred, but not required
