Inventory Clerk

Inventory Clerk (Zoetis Reference Labs) Responsibilities and Duties Receive packing slips into Fishbowl; enter lot number/expiration date data when required. Investigate missing Fishbowl receipts by contacting suppliers, lab techs, and/or shipping companies. Verify supplier invoices in SAP against Ariba purchase orders and Fishbowl purchase orders. Use the Ariba receiving process to update purchase orders. Communicate with the Accounts Payable team on invoice status for payment. Perform inventory transactions in Fishbowl to ensure inventory accuracy. Conduct cycle counting across various laboratories within the facility; record and report findings to the manager. Provide input on inventory best practices as needed. Perform routine clerical duties (vendor support, answering telephones, assisting internal/external customers). Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Team oriented, friendly, focused, and able to multitask. Knowledge of supplies, receiving, cycle counting, inventory control, and data entry procedures. 1+ years of experience in a receiving or inventory control environment. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Knowledge of Fishbowl and Ariba/SAP encouraged. Working Conditions / Physical Effort Stand, walk, lift, twist, bend, and reach for at least 7.5 hours/day; repetitive motion tasks.
