School Based Therapist

School-Centered Therapist In Training Start your clinical career while making a meaningful impact on children and families. Under the supervision of a Licensed Therapist or Psychologist, the School-Centered Therapist In Training provides assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic services to youth and families experiencing mental health, substance use, or co-occurring challenges. Services are delivered in schools, homes, offices, and community settings. Key Responsibilities Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans. Provide individual, family, and group therapy services. Deliver psychoeducation, skill-building, and supportive interventions. Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary care teams. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and professional development. Provide trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based services. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Relevant practicum experience in mental health or related services. Eligible for a Wisconsin training license (APSW, LPC-IT, or MFT-IT).
